Fresh juices are my favorite way of getting necessary vitamins and nutrients without having to eat a whole lot of food. Taking care of your thyroid is important. Maybe people suffer weight loss and gain due to problems with their thyroid gland. It’s located around the windpipe of the neck behind the Adam’s apple. It’s responsible for producing growth hormones, development, and metabolism. Its health is incredibly important to your overall health, and this juice can help maintain the health of the thyroid.
You will need:
  • 5 stalks of celery
  • 1 cucumber
  • 5 carrots
  • 1 peeled lemon
  • 1 cup of coconut water
Process all of the ingredients but the coconut water in the juicer. Stir and add the coconut water. Drink an ounce of this juice every day for improved thyroid function. Even if you don’t have thyroid issues, this juice is still super delicious.
